My theory of Superman's superspeed is that he has 2 different types, one where the speed comes from the superstrength in supes' muscles, the other is the power itself that makes everything frozen while supes can move kinda like bullet time except it's like time is frozen.

No.did depend on it, more or less, during Infinite Crisis and while Superman- arguably- broke all his Post-Crisis speed records to date in Infinite Crisis, only the Flashes broke the Speed Force Barrier during that time.
