For as good of a movie villain bane was, he wasn't very impressive. When Batman had his shit together he beat the hell out of Bane. I don't see Winter Soldier having much trouble at all. HE is physically more capable than Bane and he has no restrictions towards the innocent. A better fight would be TDK VS Winter Soldier.
