He's so over the map in the new 52. Anti-monitor needed to absorb universes to fight darkseid yet in earth 2 power girl temporally injuried his eye. Then in the next scenes he goes on stop several high heralds and even Alan Scott who was channeling all the earths in the multiverse to fight darkseid.

Half of the omega beams caught and ko'ed superman yet power girl got away. Sounds like they were just over hyping her. In darkseid'a defence I suppose he wasn't 100% in Earth 2. He's traveled the multiverse killing dozens of superman.

It really is difficult to gauge him but he is easily above high herald

1. It has been shown that the Anti-Monitor required the power of multiple universes just to contend with Darkseid.

2. A fraction of Darkseid (stated by highfather himself) was more powerful than the Multiversal Green, which was using Alan Scott as a host during the fight.

3. Darkseid's power was to such an extent that his hand was able to rend the multiverse and destroy a universe with its presence (John Constantine).

We have been told that no one has seen the true form of Darkseid yet, and that all we have seen to the current issue are fractions of himself operating simultaneously across the multiverse.
