Even with Roughouse healing and Mary's telekinesis couldn't she just immobilize him?

He's strong and durable enough to go against an ENTIRE team of X-Men which included Wolverine, Colossus, Storm, Iceman, etc.. Even without his Death Spores, which would decimate T2, he can beat them down with his physical attacks.

PS How powerful is Roughouse's healing factor? Because the Death Spores were affecting Wolverine, whose healing factor is legendary, and Colossus, who doesn't need to eat/breathe/etc... in his metal form.
