Everyone knows Zoom is the most unbeatable character in all of comics.
Simply because he runs really really fast. LOL.

But dude, Captain Atom was so fast bullets were standing still and he had a convo with the Flash!
That's not really what he does though. Technically, his powers do not come from super speed, he alters time. He just is able to use them to simulate it. After all, running really fast doesn't help him cause sonic booms by snapping his fingers. Don't ask how altering time does that, because I can't tell you, but it totally does.
But yeah, Zoom is the epitome of "speed kills". Captain Atom would need insane durability to survive Zoom, which I just don't think he has. Though Zoom isn't the most unbeatable. For instance, the Sentry is someone that as his most powerful is just too tough for Zoom to put down. So all that speed means nothing.
