The combined intellectual might of leader, mad thinker, modok, red ghost, and the wizard. They land in the DC universe and have been hired by Luther to rid the world of the superman problem once and for all.
They get access to all knowledge and tech Luther has had in his dealings with superman.
They get one month to prepare.
If they can't do it alone then In round two Dr doom will join in.

Knite barely affects him anymore, hell he was tearing through people and flying around the earth at super speed when after he was hit with knite. Lex never beats him.
