Is presidential legacy more vulnerable in the Internet age?

In the olden days there was no video of presdents lieing going all around the internet and doing goofy awkward stuff. Gen X and millienials will be probably harsher on politicians in general based on their voting participation. Also because of the internet it's easier to find not so manstream but accurate criticism.
