If Carol has to rely on Ironman amping her up before she can take on Supergirl then that is kind of a big disadvantage. I assume it's not going to be easy for Ironman to be amping someone up whilst he's getting beat on by Supergirl. Unless Nu Supergirl just so happens to be vastly weaker then Nu Superman. If she is close to his level then this is a stomp for Supergirl.
