hmm, another very close fight but in this case, mostly because of worldmind's help, i might favor rich, but just slightly. rich's grav powers would serve him well, but he would only be able to hold him down for so long and he'd need to work at it most likely. his blasting power wouldn't do much, and apoc is as strong. grav pulse could do damage, but apoc has his own shields and durability. he does have speed on his side but it would come to worldmind helping him find a way--not that i can really think of a legit way he WOULD win though..... another very close fight imo.
