Can't remember name of this movie

Help! What's the name of this movie. New family moves to town. Two brothers in the family and they start a new school. In the town there were kids killed on this trail in the trees. Brothers and their friends try to find out who killers are some of them follow suspected killer while the others stake out his barn. They find a guy chained up in the barn and try to free him. The suspected killer returns and tryst to stop it as he actually has the killer chained up..who I think was his brother. Thanks for the help.
