Cat. Outside of his showings against Shang and Deadpool, he's also managed to beat down Danny with far less of an advantage then Davos always had.
I mean, he couldn't even get the job done when he had the Iron Fist and Danny didn't, plus was worn out, twice. He needed lopsided amps, a weakened Danny, and surprise just to compete.
While all Shen Kwei needed was the equivilent of "Look over there!", and overwhelmed him when he turned away for a second.

Yeah, back in Master of Kung Fu (Which is more like a James Bond/Man From Uncle type story then a Kung Fu flick, for the record) Shen was established as the anti Shang Chi. Not really a villain, so much as an anti hero.
They fought three times, death match style. Over a woman.
They never got to finish their fights, of course (The woman/women in question breaking it up usually), but both agreed Shang would have lost the first fight, and had the upper hand in the second. The third, they both decided was stupid and called it quits.

using one of his lowest showings to determine that he loses isn't the right thing to do. You have to look at their averages and then determine who wins.
1. Why would losing to Taskmaster be a low showing?
2. The Cat only has a few appearances where he fights.
3. His most impressive showings happen decades ago against characters like Iron Fist and Shang Chi who has received significant upgrades since then.
But Cat isn't fighting Danny or Shang. He's fighting a man who has even less quality fights then he does. Davos has, what, one good skill showing against Spidey, followed by a string of defeats where he either got stomped or had every advantage and still couldn't win. Or, even if he did manage to win like vs.Tigers Beautiful Daughter, he'd still fail in pure h2h, and overwhelm her with power.
In a match where Davos isn't spamming chi all over the arena, or draining off his life energy, but sticks.to h2h or even basic chi amped fists, I can't see him beating Cat.

Although to be fair, Wade was acting like a fan meeting his favorite celebrity, and Shen claimed he wasn't sure if he could survive another fight with him.

It really is hard to believe this came out in the 70's.
Shens look gets tweaked a lot by artist, just like Shang Chi, and they never look anywhere near as good as Gulacy did it.
