Hi I wanted to know if anybody knows the movie

It's about a boy who's a cannibal and his parents feed him human flesh and I think there's a scene where he eats a guys leg with hair and all , also I think he becomes friends with another boy who's he he eats also and he ate all his legs and arms and they hide him in the basement
