If you mean Superman 1 Million then RKT by a mile

If you intended (Golden) Superman Prime, then by hype/intention he would probably beat RKT, though he lacks feats.

There's a very distinct difference, but people often confuse them.

Well, it wasn't flat-out stated that Superman Prime=All-Star Superman, but it was heavily implied in issue #6... So take that for what it's worth. /shrug
