Eh I don't think the combat training is that much important really, then again am sort of blanking on Rex's feats other than knowing of course he's a good shot. Martial wise, I only recall the Commando Droid bit.
Comparing to what Theron has shown, doesn't seem like there's much of a training gap, if at all.
True, idk, i guess i'm basing it on how there's obviously a gap in the knowledge the OR had versus the knowledge and weapons the CW republic has, know what i mean?
Still, i guess Theron's pretty solidly above Rex if he's able to dodge lightning and contend with tanks
Well for just 1 on 1, I don't think knowledge would play too much a factor. I see that as more squad+ related type of thing.
I mean here it's just 2 guys with a set of blasters really, I can't see Theron's darts penetrating Rex's armor, his EMP grenade might wack out Rex's helmet systems though.

I also am blanking on Rex's feats but I do bet he is a much better shot than Theron. Not that Theron is a bad shot but Rex is trained as a soldier and Theron is trained as a spy. Rex also has better armor but Theron has a wide array of gadgets to close the gap
The armor I see as negligible really it might help with a glancing shot but that's about it, Rex won't live under sustained fire, same with being a better shot as Theron isn't lacking much there either.
Unless of course Theron doesn't have updated blaster canisters and he's running around with 3,000 year old canisters.
Ehhh....yes and no, he survived it but was gonna die without medical aid which one of the Clones in his squad gave him, he was KO'd from the shot as I recall too. Without that he would have died.
