Natsu destroying half a port is better than anything the other 3 have in the beginning. Ichigo fought a Hollow capable of wrecking a building, Luffy one shot a giant sea creature, and Naruto is the clear fastest(but also the weakest).
The seal was never weaken in the Zabuza arc. Also, Naruto doesn't need to ask the Kyuubi for power. Remember in the Haku fight? Naruto turned berserk because of his strong emotions. Kyuubi at the time used that as a way to force Naruto his chakra.
You do know it was explained by Minato that's the way the seal was meant to work right? As time goes by, the seal slowly leaks the Kyuubi chakra into Naruto.
Naruto's emotions also plays a big part in that factor. The more anger, hopelessness he feels, the more chakra the Kyuubi can force into him. That's what happened in that fight, same thing when Pain almost killed Hinata.
He didn't know how to use it though. Not in the first episode. I was under the impression that he spam cloned with his own chakra in the 1st episode. Natsu was wrecking cities from the get-go.
Naruto doesn't need to know how to use the chakra for it to work. The kyuubi's chakra has a will of its own. It will literally attack others without Naruto's say so. That chakra is control through the Kyuubi's will.
With Naruto dying, this wood actually be the perfect chance for Kyuubi to just take over and kill everyone and be free.
Natsu was wrecking cities as in he was causing damages to the places he went too, not him destroying a whole city with noting left.
And Luffy can use King's Haki by being emotional. This thread is operating under the impression that first chapters(or episodes rather) are all we're working with.
By the way being told that he was a demon didn't cause Naruto to go fox mode and Kurama sit back and let Naruto face danger from Zabuza without a peep. Kurama is limited. Even when fighting Sasuke, Naruto could only manifest 1 tail. When Sasuke had him dead to rights Kurama could not save Naruto. Haku would have also killed Naruto because Naruto can be knocked unconscious(and one punch from Luffy or Natsu will knock him out).

Naruto would proceed to punch Luffy to no avail while Natsu sits them on fire. Ichigo's sword would also take a lot of them out but he's the clear weakest here for sure.
