Is Darth Maul - Son of Dathomir Canon?
It's published by Dark Horse but it's tied to the Clone Wars TV show.
I think I read somewhere that a big wig at Lucasfilm said it was canon because it's tied to the show.

Yes, but didn't really work too well as a comic book IMO. Would have preferred it as the Tv episodes it was intended to be.

I agree this arc would have been awesome if they done it on the show.
BTW I wonder if Maul will be heard from again or if they'll just have him wander off in the galaxy doing his own thing?
