No.

No, no, no, no!

You do not want this disc. Look up screenshots and reviews online.

Fox took a great movie, Predator, and took a dump on it and sold it on a disc. People took the film and DNR'd (digital noise reduction) it to hell.

Amateurs look at DNR and say, "What a great thing. We can take something old and grainy and make it clear." When actually, you're doing the opposite. Yes, you're taking the grain away, but you're also taking away the detail of the picture.

The Ultimate Hunter Edition doesn't have any grain (which some enthusiasts of the film would argue that the grain helps the tone of the film) and the detail is completely washed out. The characters all look like wax figures. You can't even see a wrinkle in a shirt anymore.

Stick with your DVD. Fox has yet to put out a decent Blu-ray of Predator.

Yeah, this film received a terrible transfer on Blu-ray. My brother gave it to me 2 or 3 years ago for Christmas and I remember it looked horrible when I watched it years ago. Very bad transfer. Shame.

Indeed..... FLAT GARBAGE!! (No detail,warmth,etc)

Anytime a filter is applied IT KILLS THE SOUND!!

Do not understand why ppl prefer crap over something beautiful..
