Italian town hall being shut down for fraudulent absenteeism

But WHY did they all suddenly decide to skip work? Was it ditch day?

Then when Obama is in prison his son will be doing an interview and it'll show the son watching a clip of some guy playing golf and he'll shake his head and somberly say "that could of been my father".
