Fully Fed? One planet or four plants? One Planet Galactus wins after a good fight. Four planet Galactus destroys RKT utterly.

Fully Fed should mean just that, no? Basically Galactus at his highest normal levels of power and energy, filled to the brim, at his Maximum, with the Power Cosmic, Id say.

Well that's just it, what is the maximum? Not sure there is a maximum as far as his hunger. In any case a reasonably fed Galactus destroys RKT.

Galactus doesn't have an upper-end cap, per se -- if so inclined, he could absorb indefinitely. That's why he feared the Galactus Seed hatching... The being it spawned was essentially his equal: a second Galactus. The main difference is that unlike himself, this being would be immature and lack all restraint -- it would continuously feed, thereby ending creation sooner:

Anywho, Galactus has 3 basic levels of power:

1.) Emaciated/hungry = hasn't devoured a world for a considerable amount of time, and is literally starving to death.

2.) Nourished/sated = has consistently been on his eternal cycle of absorbing singular planet after singular planet without interruption. This would be his 'average' level, imo.

3.) Hyper-fed/amped = has absorbed more planets than normal in order to bolster his power enough to contend with *some* sort of uber threat(Galactus rarely does this, as preservation of cosmic consonance/balance is his purpose.)

Also, if Galactus eats too much he descends into madness, effectively becoming just a mindless force of nature devouring everything in sight.
