That's false. Traits like that can be passed down despite being dormant. They can appear in one generation, not show up in the second, but appear in the third.

Delta beat me to it. It's not genetically impossible at all. The fact is that to have ANY hair color both parents carry the dominant AND the recessive gene MC1R. You can't get the coloring without it. It's less likely for the recessive gene of two parents to be the dominant gene in the progeny but not an "IMPOSSIBILITY"
Or just magic fashion changes for everyone. Magic's common on Eternia, you could probably get whatever "glamor" you want.
Adam's probably really a fugly troll, and Skeletor and company are how most REALLY look on Eternia.
