Spidey beat down Firelord, a herald of Galactus who can flash fry just about anyone with a thought. And Logan messed up many a high herald, from Clor to Count Nefaria.
Logan's healing factor should be able to regen from anything the Saiyans dish out, while Spidey will dodge any attack, and then do this to Goku/Vegeta:
