would batman able to overcome and defeat kratos or does he lose so badly to kratos?

I made a thread like this for Batman with prep time vs goku. I made this thread cause someone from another thread claming normal weapons that can kill human being could kill kratos. So what better way to use Batman to see if he can stop kratos. it has be said that batman could defeat people like the justice league and darkseid with prep time.
