DragonBall Super vs Marvel/DC: The Universal Tournament Warm-up Challenge
Beerus thinks that before the Z Fighters are ready for the Omni Kings Universal Tournament they need more training and decides to invade the Marvel & DC universes to fight against their protectors.
Fights take place on Marvel & DC earth's respectively.
Avengers win, JLA wins. Waay too versatile, and there's characters who can solo.

Come on, we're seeing the Z crew struggle with way too many random attacks to hold on to this "DB is invincible" meme.
Poison, heat, cold, time freezing that only lasts a few seconds.. Dr. Strange alone could create every effect they've struggled with all at once, and with far stronger versions.

Their universal damage didn't even destroy the planet they were on... It is hyperbolic and you aren't beating Thor or Supes if hyperbole is taken seriously.
We can always just look at Suppressed Beerus and Goku pushing back and forth the super dense energy ball that was powerful enough to annihilate the universe, and Beerus nullifying it casually, for a bit more conclusive evidence.

DBS team wins if its in character and comic team forgets their abilities. On the other hand, if CIS is off, Marvel/DC has more than enough hax to make raw power completely irrelevant.
1. Dr. Strange mindwipes the entire team or mindswaps them with some grasshoppers nearby. Autoshields make blitzing irrelevant.
2. Flash retcons the entirety of dragon ball history via the speedforce one picosecond into the match as a result of taking Superman, Martian ManHunter and Firestorm back in time to do some nasty collateral damage at their leisure.
