Iron Man and War Machine vs Gotham City...
Tony Stark and James Rhodes believes Bane is responsible for attacking and destroying the Malibu Mansion.
They both tracks down Bane's location and goes to Gotham...
Round 1: They both must sneak in Gotham and eliminate Bane.
-Tony and Rhodes starts with a pair of Semi-automatic handguns, along with Tony's improvised weapons/gadgets used during the mansion invasion, both can obtain/use the weapons used by Bane's henchmen.
-Both have acces to a complete map of Gotham.
Round 2: Tony and Rhodes must fight Bane in pure H2H fight in the sewers.
Who wins and why?

Maybe they can do Round 1, but they get stomped in Round 2.

So wait, it's not Ironman and Warmachine then? Because without the armor this is basically Stark and Rhodes.
