Tough one. Soldiers have the feats to say they dominate but they're not getting past that wolverine level Regen so....
1. To KO - Cap and Bucky, years of feats of fighting God's, monsters,Titans etc. Should put them leagues beyond the girls.
2. To death- body doubles instant Regen speaks for itself
That ass don't quit lol

It'll be hard to ko them, too. They've been electrocuted, hit by sonic attacks, pumeled by super strength, thrown out of a skyscraper, blasted by heat vision, etc...
They also hold the weapon advantage, as well.
