If it's happened, I've yet to see it. Even in team books.
Garth Ennis had a hard on for her in his Punisher series, where she scared the crap out of Frank "I eat Daredevil, Wolverine, and Spiderman for breakfast" Castle. Wouldn't mind seeing him get a run with her.
Would probably just end up as a Punisher/Elektra ship if he did though..
