CAS cannot be measured.

He is the literal means of all that is good. As long there is an evil story, he�ll be the opposite that oppose it.

So no matter how powerful the villain is, as long as we the readers continues to read his book, evil can�t triumph.

Well, most of these characters have claims of omnipotence. HoTU Thanos for example has been quoted by abstract beings such as eternity as being Omnipotent. He has also been acknowledged after-the-fact by the one above all in the sense that he obtained TOAA's power.

Except CAS is representing DC comics. He is as close to writer as a character can get

Superman Beyond represent in some way how Superman will save end of comics

If you place him as the same as LT (or slightly higher), HoTU Thanos absorbed Eternity, Infinity, and the Living Tribunal at the same time.
