Captain America Vs Batman w. Hawkeye & Green Arrow's gear

No BFR.
No shield for Cap, no belt for Batman.
They have standard bow/trick arrow quivers of Hawkeye/GA, and common knowledge of the equipment's capabilities.
Cap probably wins. He fought side by side with Clint far more often than Bruce has with Ollie. He knows his gear inside out and would have a very keen knowledge on how to properly use it.
Cap should win pretty easily.
Can't say Ive ever seen bat's do much with a bow. Honestly without his normal gear Steve would own him. Better physicals etc not that much less as a combatant (close enough I'd say he'd make a bloody good fight without his SSS enhancements if he was normal athlete level). Bruce needs his gear to even the odds.
Let's face it it's only a stalemate when he has that gear
Why didn't Clint just swap places with Cap, instead of weapons? O_o
But yeah, Cap should win. This is a handicap for Batman.
