According to a few posters on here, he's basically a hyperversal ultrabuster megastomper. He could also probably beat everybody on here at the same time.
But seriously, Yeah, he's probably the most powerful bar a few. I mean he does have a couple extra thousand comics to rely on feat wise.
A few on this list have what it takes to put him down a few out of ten or even split with him. But there's nobody on this list I couldn't see him beating for the most part.
With no rest? He makes it to Wonder Woman. Having to fight another Kryptonian would take a lot out of him.
The question "Who is most powerful?" is not necessarily the same as "Who would win in a fight?". I was thinking that over this morning, while reviewing some old scans from Mark Waid's "Brave and the Bold" series (circa 2006).
His storyline features Supergirl making a trip to Rann to rescue Green Lantern, and becoming more powerful than she'd probably been at any point in the series. Yet her prowess and success in battle and in other heroic activities actually diminishes, opposite of what you'd probably expect to be the case.

The question in the title and the listed gauntlet do not the same thing make.
Your gauntlet conveniently ommits characters more powerful than him. From DC alone Mxy, Spectre, Phantom Stranger, Kullak, Karkul, Dr Fate (Kent and Hector not rest), Darksied, High Father, Guardians just to name a few are more powerful,
