The Outer Gods are bound by quite a bit more rules and limitations than likes of the Living Tribunal (Azathoth isn't sentient, Yog-Sothoth is barred from physical space, etc.).
...why do you think I specified him as being the incarnation that's in this thread?
I'm certain that the Lovecraftian deities are more than powerful enough to contend. The likes of Yog Sothoth simultaneously embody and exist far beyond the Cthulhu mythos verse, which has infinite universes and infinite higher dimensions. Every single being of intelligence from the lowliest human to the most powerful Outer God, is a mere facet of Yog Sothoth.
And Azathoth is the Supreme Being of the mythos that, if awakened, would end creation as a result, Yog Sothoth and all.
But going by that line of reasoning, would the beings on team 1 even be able to affect Yog Sothoth or kill Azathoth without in turn awakening him? What of Nyarlathotep?

If excluding source books and third party material like the rpg's, Lovecraft's original works really were very vague about the power levels of the outer gods.

I really should never have made this thread, given that Azathoth solo's, even if we're just using Lovecraft's original works:
Its pretty clear that the Lovecraft Multiverse is a Hilbert Space Multiverse, with infinite universes and infinite higher dimensions. Yog Sothoth silmultaneously embodies and exists beyond this Multiverse and their archetypes, (the archetypes being "ultimate" forms of every being that exists, as Randolph Carter found out. Even these archetypes are only fractions of Yog Sothoth). Much less impressively, Yog Sothoth speaking was comparable to universes slamming into and annihilating each other.
Azathoth is the Supreme Creator of all existence, including Yog Sothoth and the rest of the Outer Gods. We know this because Lovecraft himself wrote a chart on the causality of existence, and it shows Azathoth at the top, predating existence (presumably the Nameless Mist) and nonexistence (presumably Great Darkness) themselves. Azathoth is also frequently referred to as, "the Lord of All Things" as well. None of the other characters in this thread are Supreme Being tier.
Nyarlathotep is the chaotic soul of Azathoth given form. It's probably the most powerful Outer God other than Yog-Sothoth, and Outer Gods in general have a depth of power beyond the multiverse itself. Shub Niggurath is similar, (and Shub was born of/became the Great Darkness).
Im not seeing how the comics team has a chance. I understand they have much more exposure and what not, but God Emperor Doom only really possesses a piece of the Beyonder Power that Owen stripped away at his leisure, Living Tribunal essentially hasn't had a good feat since the days of the IG, and Thanos with the IG is the weakest person on his team. Molecule Man would be difficult to handle for just about any being in fiction, but Azathoth is an actual Supreme Being. The whole comics team doesn't really have much of a chance against Azathoth alone. But to put it this way:
Molecule Man vs Azathoth: Azathoth with ease (Nigh Omnipotent vs Supreme Being)
Yog-Sothoth vs God Emperor Doom: Yog Sothoth
Nyarlathotep vs Living Tribunal: Not sure
Shub-Niggurath vs IG Thanos: Not sure, probably IG Thanos

Anyone from Marvel would stompt by himself, that's a non fight against "Gods" who have no feats. I would rank the HP Lovecraft Gods on the same level as the Gods from Marvel, like Thor etc.

I'd argue that's not necessarily true, but in that vein, Azathoth created everything in the Lovecraft Multiverse, (which has infinite universes and infinite higher dimensions, and realms even beyond that, such as the realm Yog-Sothoth resides in). Azathoth created the being that created Yog-Sothoth, who embodies and simultaneously exists beyond the Multiverse, and Yog speaking was compared to universes slamming into each other. The archetypes that exist beyond the multiverse are mere facets of Yog-Sothoth.

The problem with vsbattles is they assume existing outside of reality is a feat.
Comics just so happen to take place within a sandbox. Lovecraftian stories, by their nature, aren't meant to happen in a relatable context.
