MCU Captain America vs MCU Gamora

1. H2H combat (both are unarmed)
2. Melee combat (Cap has his shield, Gamora has her sword)

Both rounds are to the death, MCU versions (obviously), starting distance of 5 yards.

Who wins each round and why?
