30 seconds in, it's told he gets called in when people get chased by a kung fu chopping clown. Who do we know is a clown that fights? No one special just the Universe 11 God of Destruction. You thought Jiren was the mighty warrior to be feared? He thought of recruiting Chucky for the tournament of power but was scared if he ever showed his Ronald McDonald mug around him, he'd suffer eternal torment of diaper rashes and plastic dinosaur eye poking nightmares so they left him alone at Raptar Land.
