I'd back Black Sky for the fight, though it would be a good one IMO. Fighting Beast is impressive, but it should be noted that Psylocke seemed to be losing by the point the fight stops. And Elektra holding her own against all 4 Defenders at once is very impressive as well. Also, Psylocke's psychic weapons played a big part in her being able to go toe-to-toe with Beast (especially the whip, which she could use to ragdoll him around with). It's highly questionable whether she would have done as well against Hank as she did while using a regular sword.
As for the date, probably Psylocke, because Elektra would likely be thinking about Matt.
