Travel speed is a pointless distinction if the person is physically running at that speed.

They are moving their limbs (arms included) at that speed. Its physically applicable speed in any situation.

Vegeta was never controlled by Babidi, he allowed Babidi into his head for the boost in power and was in the pilot's seat from then on. You don't know what you're talking about so just shut the hell up.

Is this a joke topic? Iron Fist and Elektra have better feats then Goku. No one in Dragon Ball is light speed except Dypso, and that's not his reflexes or perception but running speed,he can only sprint in a linear straight line.
