Fantomex vs. Grifter

Fantomex has his misdirection and EVA, Grifter has his tp and tk as last seen. Both have their guns and ammo. Who uses their power more effectively and who wins?

Remember Fantomex has tricked Prof X with his misdirection.

It all depends on how Fantomex's misdirection works. I know it foils direct attacks against him but how does it do vs unfocused AoE?

For example, what happens to Fantomex if Grifter lets loose one of those "forest wiping" AoE TK attacks?

Would Fantomex's misdirection protect him? If not, he's toast.

Fantomex's redirection would make Grifter THINK he let loose and AoE attack. But he hadn't.

And he then gets shot.

I like it zop zop.

But I like yours too Dark Saint. However, Fantomex better lead with the misdirection. Because, if he tries to tussle with Grifter before using EVA or his powers, he's getting body bagged.

it is fully in character for him to lead with it. no way grifter would have a defense against it imo.

Misdirected opponents usually execute their attack for real, but they don't realize Fantomex left already.

Grifter won't necessarily just imagine himself using TK. It's not quite like Psylocke making Omega Red think he released his deaths pores. Or Teen Jean putting Karnak in a loop for 6 hours, where he thinks he's taking action but is actually just sitting there.

Maybe. But he didn't lead with it against Agent Zero, and almost lost. Grifter is shoot first, ask questions later.
