Well I think it's safe to say that Caedus is at least on the level of Mustafar Anakin as a combatant. Kenobi struggled against that version of Anakin and the only thing that saved him was the fact that knew his 'brother' inside and out—not an advantage that he would have with Jacen.
Idk how he would fair against Anakin; we've never seen him fight other aggressive-styled opponents.

If Anakin was truly putting his familiarity with Obi-Wan to use he would've known better than to challenge the high ground lol. He failed miserably. Soresu is all about controlling the fight; leading the opponent to a vulnerable position to defeat them. Anakin was driving back Kenobi, but the latter was leading the former to the position of his choosing/advantage.

On this point. Luke should honestly be pretty similar. But discerning a meaningful standing for Caedus is hard based on how botched the fight is. And how inconsistent Luke is.
Luke unintentionally amped Jacen from the start yet after three blade clashes, Jacen is pretty much dead to rights and disengages from the duel with TK. He then poisons Luke, which from can explain why Luke didn't get the above advantage during their mid-fight.

His familiarity with Obi Wan isn't necessarily something he has to "put to use:. When you've executed certain moves and stances before, they become imbedded in your muscle memory. Anakin and Obi Wan have dedicated countless hours to sparring one another, so the when it comes to pure bladework neither have the familiarity advantage over another. The high ground thing is seperate.
