I thouhght Perpetua seems to be above even Mandrakk.
What do you think?

Round1:Mandrakk in Unexpected
Round2:Ogama Mandrakk
Round3: Dax Novu

I think DC cosmology always expand to infinite degree.
So
Perpetua>Mandrakk>Presence
for me.

as far as dc cosmology concern, Presence is still omnipotent so... he'll beat these 2 in his sleep

Didn't Presence confirm that he is shaped by belief of humanity?
I have no reason to distinguish Presence from other Pantheon.

I think there is no difference in the fact that every "god" in DC are shaped sentient belief and imagination.
Is Presence only exception?

this really depends on which version.like in spectre or paradise lost,presence is essentially everything,everything is part of presence

What I referd is Presence in Mike Carey's Lucifer.
As you said,it depends on which interpretation of GOD we accept.
But, Isn't Morrison's interpretation about GOD Overvoid unlike Presence?

well,because morrison uses capitalization to GOD.and he also talk about angels(though weirdly is,he wrote angels in JLA,but is unlike monitors,so i also have some questions about "another word for angel,of course" this part...)
