He should have snap his fingers and make himself smarter, that’s what he should done. But instead he went with that idiotic plan of his when even an artistic kid would call dumb.
Agreed, if the problem was resources were going to run out. then make the resources renewable, that is certainly a better fix than the retarded idea of killing off half the population every few generations.
