Not gonna lie, I'm heavily biased towards Creasy though since he was a Force Recon Marine.

I know I've watched Safe House, but I can't really recall any of the character's feats, so I'm going to go with John "Sad Bear" Creasy because he was willing to shove a bomb up another man's anus in order to achieve his goals.

Man on Fire is one of my favorite movies ever, and I cannot remember much of Safe House anyways, so in my biased opinion Creasy stomps.
Creasy does have the following feats:
- Very skilled with every weapon he touches in the movie: pistols, his sawed-off shotgun, grenades, and the RPG launcher he fires from the second story at the La Hermandad leader - he rarely misses and they seem like extensions of his hands.
- Creasy either was multiple times (I can't remember how many times exactly) with one shot injuring his front torso in the initial confrontation in which Pita is kidnapped and another hitting him in the chest when invading the Voice's brother's home. Despite bleeding from these wound and refusing further treatment for it, Creasy marches right through the Mexican criminal underworld.
- Knowledge of explosives, specifically improvised explosives, such as the aforementioned by Rob C4 butt bomb.
