Who gets these titles in Marvel

Only Herald level characters allowed. No amps allowed

Name the Top 2 in each catergory

1. Physically Strongest
2. Highest Energy output (Can be energy blast, Lightning, Heatvision, Etc)
3. Hardest Striker (weapons allowed)
4. Greatest Damage Soak
5. Most Skilled
6. Smartest

Highest energy output is tricky. Mutants like Vulcan and Havok can throw out high levels of energy, while Thor with the Motherstorm has major advanatges. Surfer, Anti-Man, Starbrand and Cosmic Ghost Rider are viable options.
Hardest strike should be Hulk again with Thor, possibly Blue Marvel, Gladiator and Sentry close behind.
Greatest Damage soak is hard to call. In comparison to the character and their capability. I ain't calling that

Smartest operates between Richards, Doom, Stark, Lunella, Brashear, Tchalla and Valeria. Both the Reeds have the general smarts, with Doom holding the edge in magic and other areas, but the rest all are capable of rivaling the others in their respective fields

Carver contaminated me with his inability to read properly :-(

I'll take Superman, Wonder Woman and Mr. Majestic out and put in Hercules for the most skilled one. And Hulk for the striking. Other than that it looks good.

I didn't even think about the Herald part. Remove Hulk since his lowest incarnation is Herald level and his mid and upper tier is Trans tier to Skyfather tier.
