Remember how Surtur has basically spent the past few times violently shitting his pants and throwing feces at everyone in every thread? Trump's having a similar meltdown. He's slowly coming to terms with the fact that that he was voted out and won't be President anymore, so he's going to vote no on everything and shut everything down until his final breath in the white house.

I think that's right in terms of the reasoning, I hope he does a few things that neither Democrats nor Republicans like but that are good for the American people though...
