Street Fighters are garbage tier, you need to amp Akuma to Oni levels, and even then he would be beaten by the likes of Beast or Killer Croc.

Looks like you don't even know how actually powerful Akuma is. He is one of the most powerful character in SF and in fact, his soul-destroying attack is OP. Only M. Bison was able to survive it.

Akuma has destroyed an island with a single strike and he is a real beast in combat. Check out feats of Akuma.
