Saitama vs Popeye

Fight on indestructible planet. Popeye has just eaten a can of spinach and is amped the whole fight.
No brf possible (characters teleport back to battlefield instantly)
Who wins?

Lol... Popeye. No one except another toon character can beat him. Now if we are talking about DC or Marvel, it'll take the entire Justice League and Avengers to give Saitama a decent run.
