so as some of you may know i have depression, anxiety and other problems concerning mental health- it really gets me down at times because i often give my heart out to someone i feel is special and when i try to rein things back emotionally i just cant

when i was 8 i was severly bullied (i'm not going into details because i just can't)
and because of the bullying i couldn't "switch" myself off in any way except emotionally. this is a problem because when i do switch off i need a "release" and that normally involves razors or branding. i cant burn or cut my arms (never wrists) because it will effect my future career wise
