I would like to get a general idea of what people think... Should Marvel bring Scorpion (original) back to grace the Spider-Man pages?? I know he is now Venom.. Well then shouldnt he/Venom Inherit powers more towards a scorpion rather then a spider? In any case I think he needs to own the "New" Scorpion. Thoughts?

They REALLY should.
AND also bring back Eddie Brock...even though he cut his wrists....bring 'em back! Also Hobgoblin, and Mysterio, and Lizard and Kraven and Chameleon and all other classic villains that were forgotten.
I don't care much for Kraven as its his son...which looks and acts exactly like him, which feels very cheap, chameleon has never been overly intresting but the lizard, scorpion sandman, hydroman, mysterio, hobgoblin, kingpin, vulture, electro hell even the beetle, all these classic villains have been forgotten yet the are brilliant. And they have all been degraded to B-List for some reason even though most of the time they kick the crap outta hero's.
Mysterio's dead (killed himself in the greatest comics storyline in the past decade), but the new one introduced in the evil that men do should be very creepy and powerful.

You mean the teleporter yeah he looks cool, whatever happend to that other "new" mysterio? he appeared around the time of the new sinister six where Venom "killed" Sandman but it was never explained who he was or what he was up to....at least in the UK.
I think that was... let's see, it was in the Mysterio Manifesto...
You know what? It doesn't matter. Quentin Beck is the master of illusion, they can always find a way to bring back him or just Mysterio, which is good.
Beck had cancer, and he splattered his brains all over daredevil. He's gone.

My thoughts are this... Spider-man has been around for ever right! They almost ran out of villains for him to fight. They made too many no name bad guys, then they would put the ones with any depth on the shelf. Also, what was the issue when Gargan took Venom? I didnt see it, and did his suit change at all? And.... Scorpion was taken so I had to improvise
maybe but he has a certain coolness to him, at least I think he does, espessialy in the classic comics where he actuly uses flying to his advantage. He also has super strength so he aint just an old guy with wings
the reason why many of the classic villains are B-list is besides failing to defeat Spider-man for so long, they're sort of corny-looking. They were fun to see when Spidey debuted as a teenager fighting colorful clowns in animal or crazy suits in the campy 60s. But now, everything has to be all moody and mysterious or deadly (Kaine, Morlun, etc) so the old villains seem kiddy by comparison. Not saying the modern villains are better, but I noticed the trend.
Point in fact. Reason why Batman's villains have stayed classic and powerful even to this day is because they were given relatively more depth in terms of personality struggles, insanity, and deadliness etc.
I remember one comic where Spidey and the Torch switched places and Johnny makes fun of Vulture saying "you're basically an old guy with wings right? I don't know why Spider-man has such a hard time with you."
