Specificly Uncanny X-men #'s 172 and 173, which I just happened to be re-reading today for the upteenth time. The X-Men travel to Japan for Wolverines wedding, this is right after Rouge joins the X-Men in #171, when they arrive Mariko(Logans fiance) says "Logan-san, one of the X-Men remains in the Genken. Will you not invite her in?" To which Wolverine replies "If it were up to me, M'iko' I'd cut out her heart" Then there's a narrative written in the perspective of Logan thinking to himself where he tells the history between them, a fight at the Pentagon, what she did to Danvers and because of it will never forgive or forget. Later in the book the X-Men are poisoned and all end up in the hospital, except for Wolverine (healing factor) and Rouge (part alien physiology) and they have to team up to go after the baddies. Later on Wolvie saves her life (begrudgingly) and Rouge leans in to give him a kiss, Wolvie sticks his hand under her chin and warns her the next time she tries that she won't be breathing anymore. Even later Rouge jumps in front of an energy beam to save Mariko and even though Wolverine had been seriously injured defeating the Silver Samuri he gives Rouge his power to save her life. So the animosity Wolverine had for Rouge was immediatly dealt with after she joined the team, but it still took a long time for him to feel completly comfortable with her and even though he did forgive her he never did forget the loss of Danvers.

Rogue ran away from home after nearly killing her first boyfriend Coddy Robbins. Then, she met Raven Darkholme(Mystique), but she didn't know the real woman's identity.
The woman adopted her and trained her how to used her powers. Then, they did several robberies with Blob and Avalanche. Originally, Pyro was with them. The movie just did some adaptations that are worth forgiving.
When Raven aka Mystique and Rogue hijacked an aircraft, Carol Danvers aka Miss Marvel came to stop them. Inside the plane, Rogue and Carol battled. Raven ordered Rogue to touch and choke Carol, and never let go.
So, after that, Carol flew up out from the plane with Rogue behind her. They dropped on the ground and after that, Carol never opened her eyes.
Somebody here was asking how the X-Men 3 Writers can insert Carol Danvers in the third installment. Why don't you try reading my book?
It's posted here titled: X3:my Book...
Hola Paola! No hablo Espanol bien! Pero estudio el idioma.
Ahi tienes tu casa y un amigo que te quiere mucho y que siempre se acordara de ti.
Putting Carol Danvers as Ms. Marvel in X3 for the purpose of giving Rogue powers is a huge stretch. I don't care what the situation is. Rogue originally encountered her because she was on the wrong side of the law and almost killed Danvers with her powers (leaving her comatose). Now why would the movie's good girl Rogue do that?
Rogue already has the means to similar powers given what was done in the first movie. In the Age of Apocalypse, it was told that Rogue got her powers when she took down Polaris. They were different from Ms. Marvel's only in how they worked, the by-products were still super-strength, nigh-invulnerability, and flight (with a few extra). For all those that don't know, Polaris' powers are the exact same as...surprise, Magneto's!!!
Singer showed that she was permanently affected by the extended contact with Magnus (the hair), why not go all the way with it. When I saw it the day it opened, I assumed that's what he was doing anyway. It makes a lot more sense than Carol/retarded Jessica Simpson flying by in the neighborhood to hand over half of her power.

Polaris was NEVER on the same level in power with Magnus, but you're right they were similar

To do that, Rogue getting her powers from Magneto, it should have happen in X2. If they do it know it will look forced.
Jessica Simpson is not going to be in X3.
I agree with kes. They did that with Jean grey. Remember in the first movie when the x-men had finished with magneto's plans. After that Jean felt herself different. Did anybody see that? But, in the Rogue's case, nothing did happen. Besides, I prefer Miss Marvel x Rogue then
Rogue + magneto's powers.
yeah thanks God it's just rumour, because there are many actress to play carol danvers and they think in jessica Simpson to do that or worst
Britney spears
Gender: Female Location: California, United States
Look out x-women, I can think of one, only one, Mark Walberg. He can sing and kinda act. He did ok in Fear. I don't know. But most can not act. Oh one more Will Smith, well on good days. He really sucked in Wild Wild West. Money back please.

Will Smith started out as a singer. DJ Jazzy Jeff and the Fresh Prince. Then he got the show Fresh Prince. And what was up with that newlyweds show. Jessica Simpson is so bla. She seems really stupid.
I'm not sure about these Jessica Simpson and Britney Spears rumors for X3. X2 expressed disgust in pop music when Pyro turned on N'Sync. Maybe they don't care. I don't know, that's just something to think about.
