Ok i just saw the evil dead moives and they r now my favorites but i do like freddy more then ne one well except pinhead but if i had to watch ne horror moive right in a row it would be evil dead 2 not one i could only watch that movie like 4 times but evil dead 2 rocked so did the first one but morely two so i giv emy vote to the evil dead moives

evil dead two was way better then the first one alot more gore kinda and alot more action there was just moreintertaining then the first one

what is the best horror movie series or trilogy?
I would love to say the original Moustapha Akad/John Carpenter Halloween series, but there were so many bad sequels that spawned from the original I really can't say it. The first two, though, and even the 3rd (not Season of the Witch, the 3rd Michael Myers Halloween) wasn't bad. After that, though, they really fell to pieces.
I'll have to actually say the "Scream" series, though I didn't care for Scream 4 very much.

Evil dead all the way. The rest of these franchises turned way too cheesy after the second or third installments.
