i think all those romours are fake mainly because in an interview, Michelle Ang (from Neighbours) got asked whether she was offered the role she said she didn't know anything about being offered a role in Harry Potter. Err...and Boa's English is really quite bad.

Haha it's not true... at least I don't think it is. Why would they cast someone who can't speak english?.... I heard somewhere that she is most definitely not going to play Cho Chang.. but she's soooo pretty & she is how I imagined Cho to look. shucks. embarrasment

i think there's a chance that boa would still get the part... i think i remember reading somewhere that Dan Radcliffe didnt join the auditions coz his parents didnt let him... but later, Dan was asked to compete with the winner of the open auditions & got the role.

i think they conduct the open audition for amateurs only, but they are, at the same time, also offering the role to some qualified professional actors (like Dan Radcliffe). then they decide later whether they would cast the winner of the auditions or one of the professional actors.

There is a couple of pics of Katie, but they most certainly don't do her any justice!

She doesn't look like the Cho in the Books. But, i have to say, i DO have faith in her.

I read an interview with Dan somewhere, and he has said that he has already filmed some scenes with her, and that she is "awesome"

So, yep. She is definately our Cho for sure! xx

oh thanks for confirming! i really wanted to know! because i originally really wanted BoA to be in it! bacause many people can see her from all over the world but well..... there is another chance for her in some other movies hopefully!!!

movie is scheduled to come out nov '05 but i couldn't find anything on boa taking part in any movies....i just searched for it. to be honest i don't even know who she is.....but i couldn't find a filmography on her.

is that the same boa as on the pic you posted? that's who i ran the search on.....all i got was some picks and a biography (even tho it told me there was a filmography as well. i guess they just meant there's filmographies on that site confused

). anyway, i also ran the search on only boa, but couldn't come up with anything decent at all on that search.
