Actually....im saying this as a Johnny Depp's crazy creepy fan, but i think MM would be interesting willy wonker...
and could you imagine MM's version of it...lol...how creey would that be...
Im sure Johnny Depp will do a great job as Willy Wonker, but i do agree that it would be more intersting with MM!

yea he sings, plays bass, and guitar...of course the movie wouldnt require the guitar but still...i sooo hope they make it a muscial....that was one of the only things i liked about the last one (other things: gene wilder, the set)

i remember reading somewhere that johnny didnt think tim burton was going to have him singing so its probably not going to be a musical. i wish they would do a musical, just because i think it should be musical (its very scientific). but maybe it would be better not a musical if johnny cant sing, cause lets face it just because you have sung in a band before doesnt necessarily mean that you can sing. but i bet it will be good either way

yeah cry baby was a musical but apparently it wasnt johnny singing in it. 
i saw the original charlie and the choco factory 2day for like the 100th time  it was on tv. the film is so old now i think a re-make will be really good
