A friend in Vermont was talking about rounding up a possee, with guns, to drive out the gangs that set up shop on street corners, selling drugs. (I assume Blooda/Krips ect)
Almost never happens like that. The bad folks just run over everything in their path (By bad, I mean any organized group. Could be gang related, could be political, could be Hollywood/Corporate.. The point is, bad folks work together, and "good" folks just keep.to themselves, and let them do whatever..)
